I am passionate about helping people figure out what they want and then making those desires realities and I whole-heartedly believe in the power of therapy to help people improve their lives. As a Licensed Professional Counselor with over ten years of experience, I have helped many people navigate through difficult situations and life transitions, such as depression, separation and divorce, stress, and loss. It is wonderful to see people develop more satisfying relationships, better communication and problem-solving skills, and improved self-esteem and confidence.
As your ally and advocate, I will help you gain fresh perspectives on self-defeating patterns and old problems. In an environment of respect and support, you can increase self-awareness, understanding, and esteem. I offer individual, couples, and group psychotherapy.

Payments/Condition :

I charge $110 for a 50 minute session. Group is $200 a month. Payment is due at time of service. I accept cash, checks, and credit and debit cards.

I have a M.A in Community Counseling from the University of Maryland. I am licensed by in Virginia as a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have training in group training, couples counseling, grief and loss, and many other issues.
